Hey, I’m Manicka!
Clinical Social Worker, Social Work Marketing Strategist, and YouTuber.Â
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in more than 20 roles across the profession, from frontline practice and therapy to clinical leadership, consulting, teaching, and entrepreneurship.
My career didn’t follow one straight path. I had to learn how to recognize the value of my experience, position my skills for bigger opportunities, and build a career that allowed me to increase both my income and my impact.
I’ve used my social work expertise to build a six-figure private practice, hire and lead a clinical team, secure a five-figure consulting contract, and generate more than $30,000 from digital products and online education.
Now, I help Social Workers, Therapists, and Helping Professionals do the same.
I’m here to challenge what we’ve been taught a social work career has to look like and show you what becomes possible when you stop letting your job title define the value of your skills.
